BJP MP alleges ‘Islamisation’ of Jharkhand, seeks Prez Rule

New Delhi, Aug 8 (Representative) BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Monday said “Islamisation” was taking place in Jharkhand due to illegal migrants from Bangladesh, and called for imposing President’s Rule in the state.In the Zero Hour in Lok Sabha, Dubey said he has been raising the issue of illegal immigration of Bangladeshis in Jharkhand for a long time, and said a “new trend” has emerged, and “Islamisation” was taking place.”I have kept raising the issue of infiltration of illegal migrants from Bangladesh in Jharkhand for years. It has nothing to do with “Hindu-Muslim”, because when they come, they snatch away the employment of our Muslim brothers as well,” said the MP from Godda.

“A new trend of Islamisation has started, I would like to mention some points… They marry innocent tribal women…”The Muslims of Bangladesh want to change the demography,” said the MP and mentioned a district level public representative from Jharkhand who is a tribal woman married to a Muslim as an example. “This is one example, there are many such examples…”He mentioned a web series called “Jamtara”, and said, “You must have seen the serial Jamtara, in which the Prime Minister’s digital economy… the cyber crimes that happen in India, all cyber criminals are in Santhal Pargana, in Jamtara, Godda, Deoghar, Sahibganj, Pakur…” “If you go to Godda at night, you will see lakhs of cows being taken to Bangladesh,” he said.Dubey added that the Jharkhand government has admitted that government schools have been converted to Urdu medium and holidays are being given on Friday.

“I had raised the issue of Islamisation which the Jharkhand government admitted… that government schools have turned to Urdu, and the holiday is on Friday instead of Sunday,” he said.In a written reply in the Jharkhand Assembly, a Minister had said that there were 407 schools in the state that had been declared “Urdu schools”, and 509 schools that were “illegally” giving a weekly off on Friday instead of Sunday.Dubey accused the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) – Congress government of being responsible and demanded that President’s Rule be imposed in the state.He also demanded for a NPR- National Population Register for Jharkhand, and said that an office of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) should be opened in the area.
