Kolhapur, Jul 14 (Agency) The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials on Wednesday arrested a junior engineer of Warul branch office of the MSEDCL in Shahuwadi tehsil for accepting bribe of Rs 3,000 from the complainant. The erring official has been identified as Manoj Dadarao Bhorge(25).
The complainant had applied to provide a net meter for his solar connection. He met Mr Bhorge and requested to install a net meter in early, who demanded the bribe. The complainant approached the ACB which laid a trap at the Warul branch office and arrested Mr Bhorge red-handed while he accepting bribe.
