Show readiness in the implementation of work and schemes of common people: Bittu

Hamirpur (HP), Jan 3 (Agency) Political Advisor to the Chief Minister Sunil Sharma Bittu on Monday directed the district officials to show readiness in the implementation of works related to common people and welfare schemes of the government. “There should be no unnecessary delay in these,” he said while addressing district officers here today.It was his first interaction with the district officers after taking over the new assignment. Two local MLA’s Ashish Sharma (Hamirpur) and Suresh Kumar (Bhoranj) were also present at the meeting.He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, the state government was taking revolutionary steps to change the governance and administrative system.Sharma said that within a few days after taking charge, the Chief Minister has given indications of system change in the state through his decisions. That’s why all the officers should work in their respective departments keeping the common man at the centre and completing every work related to it on time on a priority basis.Sunil Sharma said that the Chief Minister will always keep a close watch on the development works and all the arrangements in the home district.

That’s why all the officers should work with accountability and promptness. Keep the data related to every development work and plan updated and also keep your vision for the future. If there is any problem in the implementation of any scheme, then immediately bring it to the notice of the government. Discuss with local MLAs as well. On this occasion, Bhoranj MLA Suresh Kumar asked the officers to work with promptness, transparency and fairness.Hamirpur MLA Ashish Sharma also gave his suggestions and said that if the officials are facing any problem in the development works at the local level, then they should discuss it with the MLAs concerned so that those works can be completed at a fast pace. On this occasion, ADC Jitendra Sanjata assured the Political Advisor to the Chief Minister and the MLAs that strict compliance with all the guidelines issued by him would be ensured and all development works and schemes would be completed expeditiously in the district.
