Superintendent of police Shimla Mr Mohit Chawla said that during a naka last night SI Jagjeet Singh I/O SNCC FU Shimla H.P nab accused Atul Kumar S/O Rai Singh R/O Vill. Cheend PO Malat recovered 1.192 KG CHARAS from his possession at Deiya Kenchi at mid night at 101hrs FIR was lodged on Thursday at Police Station Nerwa against the accused U/S 20-61-85 ND & PS Act. Police has acted against Atul Kumar on the bases of a secret information.
