Jamshedpur, Jul 5 (Agency) Police have arrested two miscreants in connection with a pick-up van loot which was executed by them on May 31 under MGM Police Station area of East Singhbhum district. Briefing the press on Monday Patmada DSP Sumit Kumar said that the arrested have been identified as Dhananjay Singh and Suraj Giri who is the mastermind of the loot.
The looted pick-up van was also recovered by the police from Hassan Bazaar of Bihar. The police officer said that on May 31 four miscreants looted the pickup van on the night of May 31 at Badabanki bridge and had also taken away Rs 90,000 in cash which was with the driver of the vehicle who was returning from Lohardaga after unloading fish.
