Bengaluru, Jan 5 (Agency) CCB Police have nabbed three notorious drug peddlers of neighbouring Kerala State and seized from them banned drugs worth about Rs 15 lakhs in the Electronic City Police station limits on Tuesday. Police said that the arrested were identified as Rameesh (28) of Calicut District, Kerala, M C Asheer (32) and Shahzin (19), both natives of Kannur District, Kerala.
The drugs seized included 200 gram MDMA and 150 gram Hashish Oil. Three mobile phones and Rs 2000 cash were also recovered from the trio who were trying to sell the drug to techies near a hotel. Electronic City Police have registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs Prevention Act and are investigating.
