Anantnag, Jul 8 (Agency) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a drug peddler and recovered heroin and other drugs in this south Kashmir district on Thursday, a police spokesman said. He said a police naka party arrested a drug peddler identified as Tawseef Ahmad Parray, resident of Pujteng, Bijbehara was arrested.
He said 12 Codeine phosphate bottles and ten grams of heroin were recovered from his possession. A case FIR number 202/2021 was registered in police station Bijbehara and further investigation taken up.
