Baramulla, Feb 4 (Agency) Jammu and Kashmir police arrested a notorious drug peddler and recovered charas in the frontier district of Kupwara, a police spokesman said. He said on a tip-off a police party arrested a drug peddler in Handwara. Police recovered charas from his possession, he said adding a case FIR has been registered in Police Station Handwara.
