Mumbai, Feb 2 (Agency) The Rupee on Tuesday was seen flat at 73.02 against the USD Dollar in the opening trade on selling of US Dollar by banks and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said. The local unit remained unaltered on weak dollar against other world currencies amid robust equity market in opening trade.
