ICE Make Q2 revenue up by 20 per cent for FY21,

Hyderabad, Dec 16 (Agency) Ice Make Refrigeration Limited (Ice Make), the leading supplier of innovative cooling solutions and manufacturer of 50 plus refrigeration equipment, on Tuesday reported a total revenue of Rs 30.06 Crore for Q2FY21. Despite the ongoing global pandemic challenges, the company’s top line stood marginally up by 20 per cent as compared to the Rs 25.25 crore revenue in the corresponding period in previous year, the company said in a release.

Company’s Chairman and Managing Director Mr Chandrakant Patel, said, “This year everyone has faced unprecedented situations and Ice Make is not an exception to the business challenges posed by the COVID-19 health menace. Ice Make has fully prepared itself to serve the cold storage and transport requirements of the much awaited COVID-19 vaccination drive, with its End-to-End Cold Chain Solutions for Pharma Industries, Hospitals and Government healthcare departments across the country, he said. Ice Make has developed capabilities to provide cold chain solutions right from the point of manufacturing to the point of administration of vaccination with variable temperature range for storage and transportation through refrigerated vans, he added.

Ice Make has a basket of 50 plus innovative products and services that are placed in such a manner and helping the company overcome the prevailing weakness in the overall market. The company operates under five key business verticals including Cold Room, Commercial Refrigeration, Industrial Refrigeration, Transport Refrigeration & Ammonia Refrigeration and caters to a wide range of industries including dairy, ice-cream, food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, Cold Chain, Logistics, hospitals, hospitality and retail among others. The company has its manufacturing plants located at Dantali, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Chennai.
