Shimla, May 26 (Agency) The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Thursday ordered a CBI probe into the leak of Himachal Pradesh Police Constable Examination question paper after the state accepted a petition seeking a CBI probe.
Acting Chief Justice Sabina and Justice Satyan Vaidya passed the order as a civil writ petition moved by Vinay Sharma which urged the court to order a CBI probe. Advocate General Ashok Sharma said the state has already decided to hand over the case to the CBI. The petitioner said that a free and fair probe could be expected in the case from outside agency.
