All India U-16 Chess tournaments in Hyderabad from Sept 20; registrations start from Sept 1

Hyderabad, Aug 27 (FN Representative) APJ Abdul Kalam Welfare Society (APJAKWS) is organizing All India Under-16 Chess tournament here from September 20 for boys and girls. Free registration will start from Sept 1 on first cum, first serve basis, the society President Mr Khaleel Ur Rahman said in a statement here on Thursday. The tournament would be played in Swiss round basis, he said. Only players, who are born after December 1, 2005 are eligible for the Tournament, he added.
