Thane, Feb 7 (FN Agency) The Rural Police have arrested three people, including two brothers, on the charge of allegedly stealing motorbikes in and around Kalyan town of the district. The accused — Yogesh Mahesh Bhanushali (30), Mukesh Mahesh Bhanushali (34) and Sameer alias Akram Sayyed (29) — were arrested recently.
As many as 11 stolen motorbikes worth Rs 4.95 lakh were seized from them, police said on Saturday. With arrest of trio, police claimed to have detected thefts of motorbikes registered in the police stations of Manpada, Kolsewadi, Vishnu Nagar, Hill Line, Mumbra and Ambad of Nashik.
