Hyderabad, Jun 8 (Representative) The city police arrested a man for selling Remdesivir injections, which is used for the treatment of Covid-19, in black market. Twenty Remdesivir injections was seized from his possession. On credible information, the commissioner’s South zone task force team apprehended Mohd Shafiuddin (38), a Medical representative of Kishanbagh in Bhadurpur, when he procured and selling Remidesivir Injections illegally at higher prices from Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 of each vial in black market, a police release here said on Tuesday. The seized material and the accused have been handed over to SHO Hussainialam Police Station for further action, the release added.
