New Delhi, Nov 19 (FN Representative) A few hours after a purported video went viral which shows AAP leader Satyendra Jain getting the foot massage inside the jail, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday came out and claimed that the doctor suggested physiotherapy to Jain which he was getting there. Sisodia, in a Press conference held here, alleged that BJP is making fun of illness of a person. “A man in prison has the right in law, if he has a disease at that condition he will be given treatment. Such videos will be found in other jails. Court directed ED not to leak the video. Despite this, the BJP played the video. This is a violation of the court order. We will take action on this,” said Sisodia.
“Doctor recommended regular physiotherapy/acupressure treatment. BJP is losing MCD and Gujarat elections so they illegally released his video, calling it ‘VIP treatment’,” claimed Sisodia. Meanwhile, the BJP slammed Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over his silence on the videos in which AAP leader Satyendra Jain was getting a massage inside the prison cell. “Where is Kejriwal now … Why is he mum over Jain’ s video? It clearly shows that there is violation of the jail manual” said BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia here in a press conference. He alleged that AAP has become a ‘Spa and Massage Party’, and gives shelter to the most corrupt people in it”. “This VVIP culture in jail is dangerous for democracy,” Bhatia said.
