Addressing a press conference in the HCL Centre, at Gannavaram on Thursday, HCL Technologies Corporate Vice President and programme Director Ms.Srimathi Shivashankar said that HCL offers training programs for students who have completed ‘Class XII or Intermediate’, Science Graduates and Engineering Graduates as well as Post Graduates. “The TechBee Program skills ‘Class XII’ completed students for entry level job roles at HCL”, she informed. The HCL Vijayawada Centre has over 750 students enrolled in TechBee–HCL’s Early Career Programme, she added, adding that on completing the 1-year TechBee training program, students are placed in HCL Technologies. HCL also supports higher education of TechBee scholars through its arrangement with BITS Pilani or SASTRA University where students can enrol for completing their graduation programme. The Global IT and Training Centre here provides young graduates with the opportunity to skill themselves and start their global career with Fortune 500 clients, she said.
She informed that the Mega Recruitment Drive on 12 & 13th Feb will have HCL hiring fresher graduates and experienced professionals with 2-8 Years of Experience in key technologies including Java, Chip Designing, .Net, Azure, Microservices, SAP, Python, Protocol Development, Networking, DevOps and Automation testing.
