The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published a notification for recruitment of 4000+ Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee (PO/MT) for vacancies of 2022-23 through Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XI) in the employment newspaper dated 23 to 29 October 2021.
Graduates, between 20 to 30 years of age, can apply for IBPS PO Recruitment 2021 on official website ibps.in on or before 10 November 2021.

IBPS PO 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
- The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

How to Apply for IBPS PO Recruitment 2021 ?
The Eligible candidates can apply online for the post as follow:
Step 1 – Go to IBPS official website i.e. on ibps.in and click on the link “CRP PO/MT” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (CRP-PO/MT-XI)” to open the On-Line Application Form.
Step 2 – Now, click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering your basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Step 3 – Upload your Photograph, Signature, Left thumb impression, A hand written declaration etc.
Stpe 4 – Fill in the details in the Online Application carefully and click on the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Prior to submission of the online application, it is advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required.

IBPS PO Interview 2021:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main examination will be called for an Interview of 100 marks, to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates).
The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination and Interview.
IBPS PO Provisional Allotment 2021
On completion of the interview process, depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2022- 23 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations.
IBPS PO Admit Card 2021
The admit card shall be uploaded on the official website – ibps.in. Candidates can download the admit card for each stage using their registration number and date of birth.
