Nanded, Jun 23 (Representative) While talking to relatives, an unidentified accused snatched a purse containing gold ornaments worth Rs 1.75 lakh from a car at Hotel Grand Maratha in Chhatrapati Chowk area, in the city on June 19. A case has been registered in this regard at Bhagyanagar police station today. According to police sources, a woman from Barshi in Solapur district had come to Nanded for a wedding.
While she was talking to her relatives, her purse containing gold ornaments worth Rs 1.75 lakh was picked up from her car. As per a complaint lodged by Ashwini Bidve a case of theft has been registered against an unidentified accused at Bhagyanagar police station. The investigation is being done by Sub-Inspector Prashant Jadhav.
