Hamirpur (HP), Aug 8 (Agency) Himachal Pradesh Congress Working President-cum-Sujanpur MLA Rajendra Rana said on Monday that the people of the state had lost their faith in the BJP and its rout was imminent in the coming Assembly elections. Rana visited various villages of Tibbi, Mati Tehra of Jhaniyara gram Panchayat on the outskirts of Hamirpur town and listened to the problems of the people He exhorted people to rally behind the Congress for their own benefits and welfare and reject the BJP.
Talking to reporters, he said the people have seen the “oppressive face” of the government along with mis-governance, corruption and inefficient governance. He said the BJP government had proved to be such a treacherous and it had attacked the interests of every section including youth, farmers, gardeners, women, employees and outsourced workers.He said that claims of development made by the BJP were untrue and this party government had done nothing for the masses. The Congress leader claimed his party would win the elections with ease.
