Shimla, June 1 (Agency) The Aam Adami Party (AAP) on Wednesday accused the Modi government of misusing Central agencies against political opponents in a manner never seen in the country’s democratic history.S S Jogata, a former President of Non Gazetted Employees Federation and now with AAP, said in a statement that the way Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain was arrested in a tearing hurry showed how the ED and CBI were being used against the opponents by the government.
Such actions are politically motivated, he said.Jogata said the Modi government dug out an eight year-old case which was closed by the ED because it could not digest the AAP’s rising graph in north India. As Jain was in charge of the Himachal Pradesh elections, he was arrested.
