I will not give up even an inch of land as long as my breathing lasts: Mamata

Kotulpur, Mar 22 (Agency) West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee on Monday warned, “I will not give up even an inch of land as long as my breathing lasts.” Addressing public meetings, Ms Banerjee alleged that BJP would sell Bangla. Railways will sell, Sail will close and BJP will close BSNL. They will sell everything. Mothers and sisters, remember that this is not an election in Delhi, it is an election in Bengal. The BJP lies before the election. When the election is over, they will runs away. So we do not want the BJP,” the chief minister said.

“We have given 50 percent reservation for women in the municipality. I have reserved 40 percent women in the Lok Sabha. The change will not be in Bengal, it will be in Delhi. Modi-Shah must be removed,” she said. Ms Banerjee said, “The children of Bankura are good at education, so I have done university here, there is a medical college, there is a super specialty hospital. There will be more tomorrow. “I cannot forget Kotulpur-Joypur. The CPM’s hardliners have now become the BJP’s masters. Our traitors have become masters of the BJP,” she said. “‘Potato farmers don’t worry. If the potatoes are not sold, I will buy and sell them,” Ms Banerjee said.

The Trinamool supremo instructed party workers not to eat anything even in bidis given to them during voting or counting. They can mix a lot with food. There may be drugs. Votes will be looted. “Bury the BJP politically in Bankura on election day. Forget who the candidate is, assume I am the candidate. If the candidate wins, the government will be mine,” the TMC supremo added.
