HP Congress blasts central government over LPG price rise

Hamirpur (HP), March 22 (Agency) The HP Congress on Tuesday blasted the central government for raising the price of gas cylinders (LPG). Deepak Sharma, the senior spokesman of the party said that the price hike was a gift of the BJP led government to the people after its victory in elections in four states. This, he said, showed how much BJP was sensitive towards the poor and middle class people. Talking about the present state government, he said that instead of paying attention to the problems being faced by the common people, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur was talking about the BJP government being in power for the next 15 years.

This is not only a beautiful dream but also shows the arrogance of the government. He said that history will remember this government will be remembered as one of the most careless, insensitive, inexperienced and directionless governments. The way corruption is prevalent in the government, it is clear that the government has no control over the administration. Sharma said that the Congress party would expose the government by running a public awareness campaign in the entire state against inflation, corruption, unemployment and economic mismanagement.
