Shimla, Apr 30 (FN Agency) Himachal Pradesh experienced intermittent rain and snowfall disrupting vehicular traffic in the Snowbound Lahaul Spiti district.According to the state Disaster Management Authority, two National Highways were closed, and 49 roads were snowbound and affected by the landslide. As many as 44 routes were affected within Lahaul and Spiti alone and both National Highways 505 and 03 closed to traffic due to rain and snowfall. According to information just received from the police post, Sissu said that Selfie Point (near Sissu) has been blocked for all types of vehicles towards Keylong and Manali due to sliding. Commuters are requested to travel only in cases of emergency. For now, the traffic is being run through the oiling link route. An advisory has been sounded advising people not go to higher reaches. Meanwhile roads are opened in Lahaul Spiti , Keylong, Kaza except for the Darcha to Sarchu route North and South Portals and in Sumdo even though these area experience snowfall or rain, The SKTT road from Tandi to Tindi is closed beyond Tindi due to a landslide near Kadhu Nala.Roads are opened in Udaipur and Sissu even though these areas are experiencing rain and snow, respectively.
However, roads are closed in Tindi , the route from Lossar to Gramphu and the road from Darcha to Shinkula route is closed due to snowfall.
