He said the story of Lord Ram has a liberating impact, one that paves way for success. Addressing the devotees present in the Digvijaynath Memorial Auditorium of the temple, he said there may be some differences among the scholars regarding the interpretation of religion, but all the traits of religion mentioned in different interpretations, are ingrained in the holy character of Shri Ram. Yogi said at the present generation is fortunate to be joining the tradition of listening to Shri Ram Katha at a time when the construction of a grand temple in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Shri Ram, is in full swing. The construction of Shri Ram temple is also a means of showing respect towards one’s heritage. In order to express gratitude towards one’s heritage and the great people involved in its conservation in the past, a Katha is organised every year in Gorakhnath temple in the memory of Acharyas. Devotees eagerly wait to hear the annual Katha.”
