Let us take care that the reputation of the state will increase as an important state in the country: Pawar
New Delhi, Dec 12 (FN Bureau) NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Monday said that, let us be united and do whatever we can to move the state forward in an all-round way and let us take care that the reputation of the state will increase as an important state in the country. Pawar was speaking on the occasion of his 82nd birthday was celebrated at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan on behalf of the party. On this occasion, many senior leaders wished Pawar through a virtual rally from across the state. Pawar said, “I am happy to be honored today. As soon as honorable Mr Pawar made a difficult remark at the beginning of his speech, why are you reminding me that I have completed 82 years of age and am making my debut in 83rd year, there was laughter in the hall.”
NCP has many accomplished new generation representatives from all corners of Maharashtra. It is not wrong to expect that Maharashtra’s fort will be run properly through them. So naturally, we should take the role of encouraging such people and this ceremony has been organized here to make people aware of it by paying more attention to it, he said. Today, we are going through difficult times while giving confidence that I and people of my age will not continue to play the role of encouraging the new generation. There is a BJP state in it. After coming to power through democracy, there is no need to oppose it. If it is not of social interest, then the same approach should be taken. But Pawar said that even the rulers should keep in mind that they lead the country while looking at the provinces in the country.
In his speech at the Nagpur event, the Prime Minister heavily criticized the opposition. He goes to public meetings on behalf of the party, goes to election campaigns and presents the position of the party, he has hundred percent right to criticize the opposition. Railway, road opening, hospital opening and he also raised the question that how wise it is to take a stand against the opposition on the platform when the Prime Minister of the country inaugurates the government program, he pointed out.
