Washington, March 16 (Agency) The Russian Embassy in the United States has set up a hotline for Russian citizens who have been discriminated against in the United States. “To the attention of Russian citizens and Russian compatriots living in the United States: in connection with increasing cases of discrimination against Russian-speaking citizens on national, linguistic, cultural, religious and other grounds amid the conflict in Ukraine, the embassy has created a special communication channel,” the mission said on Telegram.
Citizens of the Russian Federation who are subjected to insults, violence and other forms of persecution, including threats to life and health, are advised to call (202) 412-92-28, or email to [email protected]. The applicants are asked to leave contact details.
