New Delhi, July 17 (FN Agency) Rhea Kapoor recently shared an emotional post on Instagram, missing her sister Sonam Kapoor amid the grand wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai. The wedding, which took place at the Jio World Centre, saw a star-studded guest list including Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and many others. Rhea Kapoor, who styled the bride Radhika Merchant for the wedding, posted throwback pictures with Sonam Kapoor from a previous wedding they attended together. In her post, Rhea wrote, “Miss my OG and always Shaadi partner. #throwback Getting ready for wedding with @sonamkapoor Mumbai 2015.
After party at @karishma house, ordering kebab rolls.” The pictures showed the sisters getting ready for a function, enjoying casual moments together, and lying on a bed in white ethnic outfits. Their parents, Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor, reacted to the post with multiple red heart emojis. The wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, held on July 12, was followed by a Shubh Aashirwad function on July 13 and a grand reception on July 14. Sonam Kapoor was notably absent from the celebrations as she is currently in London. She attended the women’s finals at the Wimbledon Championships with her husband, Anand Ahuja.
