New Delhi, Apr 5 (Agency) Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon on Wednesday received the Padma Shri award, for her contribution in the field of Art. President Droupadi Murmu presented the prestigious award to Raveena at a function held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan here. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Ministers and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Raveena wrote, “Thankyou all for the love and honour. Thankyou for your blessings papa, mami and mom”. The President on Wednesday presented three Padma Vibhushan, five Padma Bhushan and 47 Padma Shri Awards for the year 2023. The actress wore a golden saree on the occasion. she completed the look with a low tied bun and a gajra. She accessorised the entire outfit with golden earrings, and bangles. On the work front, Raveena was last seen in ‘KGF Chapter 2’. She next have ‘Ghudchadi’ in her kitty.
