New Delhi, June 28 (FN Agency) This weekend, Sony TV’s ‘India’s Laughter Champion’ will have viewers witness a flurry of talent from all across the country. Performing with a dynamic zeal will be Akhtar Hindustani from Indore, whose comedy on social satire would have the audience cheer for him. Judges Archana Puran Singh and Shekhar Suman along with Comedy Ke Sarpanch Dr Tushar Shah would be hailing the artist by giving him a standing ovation. Talking about the evils of society in a tongue-in-cheek way, Akhtar Hindustani would be winning hearts on the show. After the performance, Shekhar Suman would appreciate the comedian saying, “You are fabulous. Do I say that you are peculiar or do I call you a prodigy? You are ascetic and we need your asceticism.
You are an artist, completely different from others. You have been hurt a lot and that shows in your artistry. Akhtar Hindustani, you have brought alive the different flavours of ‘Hindustaniyat'”. Archana Puran Singh would also appreciate the comedian’s uniqueness saying, “Your name is Akhtar Hindustani. You, your name, your act, all three are unique. You have performed in a very “Indori Andaaz” and in so many years I have never before witnessed such a unique act. I want to thank ‘India’s Laughter Champion and the organisers. All of these comedians have been in India for so long but a platform like this has only come on television after so long because we are getting to witness artists like you after so long. Wherever you were before, today you are here in this show! So, thank you to this show for bringing this talent here.” Akhtar Hindustani then would shed tears of joy and pain which Shekhar Suman would share, by going on stage and hugging him. Watch ‘India’s Laughter Champion’ at 9.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
