Two held for cheating in name of trading, distribution of Pharmaceuticals

Hyderabad, Apr 12 (FN Representative) The CCS Police on Monday arrested a husband and wife for collecting deposits illegally from the five victims in way of investment/deposits in their business trading, marketing and distribution of Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceutical products to the tune of Rs 3.35 crore.

Based on a complaint, Police arrested Turlapati Satish (52) who along with wife Ms Turlapati Gayathri collected deposits illegally from the five victims in way of investment/deposits in their business trading, marketing and distribution of Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceutical products under the name of M/s Unituss Life Sciences at VNR complex, Station Road, Kachiguda, Hyderabad and cheated to the extent of approximately Rs 3.35 crores, a police release here said. Again the accused Turlapati Satish tried to cheat the innocent public by opening a company in the name of HMA (Hyderabad Millionaire Alliance) Network Private Limited here.

Earlier they were involved in similar type of offence registered in Bahadurpura Police station limits. The accused Turlapati Satish Chandra was arrested today and was being produced before the Court to remand him for judicial custody. Mr Turlapati Gayathri was arrested on February 19 and sent to judicial custody, the statement added.
