The accused came in touch with a person who was also studying in Chhapra University who used to work as PA/PS to MP. During investigation, it was revealed that the forged pass was prepared after editing the LS pass which was issued to a person. It was also come to notice that Babloo Kumar Arya is known to that person and both belong to Bihar. Both the persons were interrogated. Arya has been arrested after he confessed the crime, said Bhardwaj. According to the interrogation, the aforesaid pass was issued to a person for the period of June 18 to December 31, 2019. In July 2019, Bablu secretly took out the original pass from the pocket of the man at his home in Gopalganj. He had prepared the alleged forged pass in a cyber cafe after scanning the original pass and edited the details, Bhardwaj added.
