Man duped of lakhs on govt job promise in Nanded

Nanded, Sep 3 (Representative) A case has been booked for allegedly duping a district resident of Rs 11 lakh on the pretext of landing him into a railway job, the Dharmabad Police said on Friday. Quoting the complainant, the cops told that the accused took the money in part payments from the year 2019 till January last.

They tricked the victim by providing bogus documents and promised him to get employed either in West Bengal or Bihar, cops added. Further probe is on.
