Bhubaneswar, Jul 11 (Representative) Police have seized 1,180 kg of contraband ganja worth Rs 1 crore from a banana laden truck during a raid near Rabiguda Chhak in Rayagada district and arrested three persons. Police sources said acting on a tip-off police conducted a raid last night and seized the contraband from the truck and arrested three people.
The truck was supposed to proceed to Muniguda for disposal of the contraband when the police seized. Police have registered a case under the NDPS Act and inquiring into the incident.
