Rajgarh, MP, July 18 (Agency) Investigation into a counterfeit currency case led District Police personnel to Bhilai in neighbouring Chhattisgarh where forged notes amounting to Rs 54.37 lakh were appropriated along with a laptop, five printers, scanner, etc. “Interrogation of the accused revealed that they have already circulated fake currency amounting to approximately Rs 50 lakh in the market. A deal was finalised vis-à-vis dispatching such notes equalling Rs 1 crore to a southern state.
