ED summons AAP MLA Durgesh Pathak

New Delhi, Sep 19 (Bureau) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday summoned Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Durgesh Pathak in connection with alleged New Delhi excise policy case. Reacting on ED summons, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tweeted and wrote, “ED has summoned the election in-charge of AAP’s MCD Durgesh Pathak. What has our MCD election in-charge got to do with Delhi government’s liquor policy? Is their target liquor policy or MCD elections?”

Saurabh Bharadwaj, AAP MLA and spokes person said calling Durgesh Pathak by ED means it is clear-MCD elections are about to happen. He tweeted, “Now the BJP-ED-CBI alliance will contest both Gujarat and Delhi elections. Calling brother Pathak by ED means it is clear-MCD elections are about to happen.” Similarly, AAP leader Atishi tweeted, “ED summons to AAP MCD election in-charge Durgesh Pathak makes it clear that investigation on liquor policy is just an excuse, the growing political graph of Arvind Kejriwal is the real target!”
