Jamshedpur, Nov 18 (UNI) Body of a youth was recovered from a drain situated in new layout area under Sitaramdera Police Station area of the East Singhbhum district. The incident came to notice as people gathered to find out as to how the drain had got blocked. Soon they saw a hand of a person after which they alerted the police. Since the drain was closed therefore the concrete was broken from above and the body was taken out. Officer in-charge for Sitaramdera Police Station Anjani Kumar said that the body is very swollen due to which no wound is visible. He suspected that youth was murdered at some other place and later his body was thrown in the drain. The identity of the victim is yet to be ascertained he said adding that the body has been sent for post-mortem.
