Giridih, Aug 4 (Representative) Unidentified armed miscreants on Wednesday looted cash and valuables from the travellers of three vehicles at Khandoli Mode on the Bengabad-Giridih main road in this district. Sadar SDPO Anil Kumar Singh that from the three vehicles a combined loot of around Rs 55,000 has been done.
He said the criminals had placed a big tree on the road to create an obstacle after which they took away the cash, mobiles and other valuables from the travellers. Later a complaint was registered at the Bengabad Police Station in this regard. The SDPO said that police was conducting raids across multiple locations to nab the culprits.
