New Delhi, Sep 17 (FN Bureau) Tata International subsidiary and leading bicycle brand Stryder has launched e-bike Contino ETB-100 claiming that it has a running cost of 6 paise per km and a riding range of 60 km per charge, The e-bike carries a price tag of Rs 37,999 and comes in two colour options — black and blue.
“Contino ETB-100 is India’s most economical e-bike and a game-changing product that will revolutionize the biking experience on almost all Indian terrains,” the company said in a statement.
The company also launched another e-bike Voltic 1.7 fitted with powerful motor and heavy-duty Lithium-ion battery that can be charged in three hours. Stryder Voltic 1.7 is available for an introductory price of Rs 29,995. “Both Contino ETB-100 and Stryder Voltic 1.7 meet the requirement of daily urban commutes and intra-city rides with ease-of-use and safety features. With a running cost of merely 6 paise per km, ETB 100 is one of the most economical e-bike on the Indian horizon and is going to be a game changer for this rapidly-evolving segment,” said Rahul Gupta, Business Head, Stryder Cycle Pvt Ltd.
