Hyderabad, Nov 14 (FN Representative) On the occasion of Children’s Day, RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry on Sunday announced the launch of its new social impact initiative, ‘RealSoles from RealSouls’. The initiative set a new Guinness World Records title by making a continuous line of 60,000 shoes and contributing the 30,107 pairs of shoes to school-goers of Telangana government primary schools.

A total of seven government schools took part in the event held at Gachibowli Stadium here today and the shoes were distributed to the children of 100 government schools across Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Sandeep Sharma, SVP & Managing Director, RealPage India said, “This is much more than just setting a record. Beyond the record attempt, every RealPager wanted to see the smiles on the faces of those under privileged children when they got their new pair of shoes as part of the initiative… and today we did it. This Guinness World Records title makes our 2021 even greater and RealPage India wishes the best for our beneficiaries.”

Mr Swapnil Dangarikar, Official Adjudicator at Guiness said, “The attempt for the longest line of shoes was last done in 2011 in The United States of America, which was 24,962.
