PedalStart brings together leading angels; to help startups to invest

New Delhi, June 15 (FN Agency) Startup founders’ community cum accelerator PedalStart recently hosted its flagship initiative – ‘Builders’ Mixer’, which successfully brought together builders and enablers of the nation’s startup ecosystem under one roof, a move that would offer investment opportunities to select startups. Builders’ Mixer, an in-person offline investors’ networking event held in Bengaluru, was attended by 20+ leading angels, venture capitalists (VCs) and high net-worth individuals (HNIs), including prominent investors from renowned VC firms such as Prath Ventures, Capital-A, Speciale Invest, Blume Ventures, Inflexor Ventures, among others.

During the event, PedalStart unveiled its first offline cohort named ‘PedalCircle’ – an innovation hub in Bengaluru, offering acceleration and investment opportunities of up to $100k to selected startups. The PedalCircle cohort, which begins later this month (June), aims to be a game-changer for founders across India who are currently between the POC to MVP stage, by offering them a space to innovate, a network of successful founders & operators for personalised brainstorming, resources to execute the strategies fast, $100000-250000 investment for 9-12 months runway and access of VC ecosystem for future rounds. The mentor IC already onboarded Mayank Jain- Ex-CPO & CMP Snapdeal, Sorabh Agarwal- Co-founder & Partner AngelBay, Ankit Jain- Founder Dineout [Acquired by Swiggy], Mohit Sethi- Ex-Product OLX Group and couple of others. Besides attracting some of the leading VCs and angels, Builders’ Mixer also parallelly succeeded in providing an unforeseen networking opportunity to a group of 40 visionary startup founders who PedalStart selected to be a part of this exclusive, invite-only event.
