India manufactures single dose vaccine

Patna, Aug 8 (Representative) BJP Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi today said that apart from successfully manufacturing single-dose vaccine, India also allowed to import single dose Vaccine of Johnson and Johnson Company. Mr Modi said that the government was mulling over allowing more companies to manufacture vaccines with an aim to provide ample options to the people for vaccination against coronavirus infection. He said that the company manufacturing covieshield vaccine would develop vaccine for the children by the first quarter of the next year.

The BJP leader said under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the country was making records in the field of vaccination and was simultaneously also adopting strategies for providing livelihood to the people along with protecting their life. Mr Modi said that the government successfully administered more than 50 crore vaccines within 203 days and also provided free ration to 80 crore poor people during lockdown. He alleged even at the time of pandemic, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav continuously tried to dampen the spirit of the country and were indulged in spreading confusion over vaccination. Mr Modi also congratulated Neeraj Chopra for getting gold medal in javelin throw in Tokyo Olympics.
