New Delhi, Nov 18 (FN Bureau) The Ideathon 2024, organised by the MERI startup Hub in New Delhi has proved to be a strong synthesis of innovators and visionaries. The event started with enlightening welcome speech by Prof. Lalit Agarwal, said the profound power of ideas that very broadly projects examples of great ideas by people like Elon Musk and Bill Gates. The speech set the energetic tone for the event and urged participants to innovate boldly and think way beyond limits.
An interactive presentation was made by Luv Agarwal regarding the newly refurbished MERI Startup Hub, which stated their mission of creating innovation and empowering entrepreneurs through incubation, mentorship, and access to funding. This event saw the participation of more than 75+ teams, out of which 28 teams were shortlisted for the final presentations. Each of the teams presented ideas unique to themselves based on the themes given: Sustainability and Circular Economy, Technology and Innovation, Mental Well-being, Mobility and logistics and Defense, as they were related to critical challenges in the respective domains.
