New Delhi, Apr 20 (Agency) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday appealed to the Centre to immediately supply oxygen as some hospitals in the city are left with just a few hours of oxygen. “Serious oxygen crisis persists in Delhi. I again urge centre to urgently provide oxygen to Delhi. Some hospitals are left with just a few hours of oxygen,” the Chief Minister tweeted.
Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has too apprised of the crisis, urging the Centre to be very sensitive and active. “SOS phones are coming from all hospitals regarding oxygen. People supplying Oxygen are being stopped in different states. There should be no jungle raj on the supply of oxygen between the state. The central government will have to be very sensitive and active,” Mr Sisodia wrote in Hindi on Twitter.
