Mumbai, Feb 22 (FN Bureau) The BSE Sensex on Monday slipped by 385 pts at 50,504.46 as selling pressure was seen in Energy, FMCG, Finance and Health Care stocks. The Nifty too fell by 100 pts to 14.,880.95.The Sensex registered intra days high and low at 50.986.03 and 50,480.40 pts respectively.
The Nifty registered intra days high and low at 15,010.10 and 14,866.55 respectively. The Mid Cap fell by 0.43 pc and Small Cap by 0.30 pc. In 30 scrips 6 advanced while 25 declined. The losers were ITC by 1.94 pc to Rs 206.85, HCL Technologies by 1.92 pc to Rs 931.75, HDFC by 1.88 pc to Rs 860 and Maruti Suzuki by 1.70 pc to Rs 7204.30. The gainers were HDFC Bank by 1.36 pc to Rs 1559.70, ONGC by 1.14 pc to Rs 106.30, Kotak Bank by 0.76 pc to Rs 1952 and Infosys by 0.29 pc to Rs 1295.05.
