New Delhi, Apr 2 (Agency) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday called Jesus Christ a perfect embodiment of compassion. “Good Friday reminds us about the struggles and sacrifices of Jesus Christ. A perfect embodiment of compassion, He was devoted to serving the needy and healing the sick,” Mr Modi tweeted on the occasion of Good Friday.
Good Friday is a solemn day when Christians around the world commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his death at Calvary. It is also known as Holy Friday and Great Friday.
