The THDC Limited has invited online applications for 100 Engineer Trainee posts in Employment News March (09-15) 2024. These positions are available in different disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics & Instrumentation. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before March 29, 2024.
Selection for these posts will be done based on the 2023 GATE score for all the disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics & Instrumentation.

What is the THDC ET Eligibility and Age Limit?
The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.
Educational Qualification
Engineer Trainee (Civil): Candidates should have full time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Discipline from recognised University or institute recognised by appropriate statutory authority in India with not more than 60% marks.

THDC Selection Procedure
Under the selection process, applying candidates should have appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2023. Candidates will be shortlisted based on 2023 GATE score from among the candidates who apply against the advertisement for the post of Engineer Trainee post.
THDC Compensation Package
Selected candidates will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 50,000.00 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 -3%-1,60,000 (IDA) during the period of training as Engineer Trainee in E-2 Grade.
The candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Assistant Manager in E-3Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA).
