Powergrid PGCIL Recruitment 2022 for 211 Diploma Trainee Posts
Powergrid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has published the notification for the post of Diploma Trainee under various disciplines including Electrical, Civil and Electronics Engineering. Candidates will be required to apply online only on the mentioned website from 09 December to 31 December 2022.
The candidates should hold a Diploma in the concerned field in order to apply for the posts. The age limit for such candidates is 27 years. Higher technical qualification like B.Tech. / BE / M.Tech. / ME etc. with or without a Diploma is not allowed. Qualification acquired through distance mode will not be considered.
The vacancies are available in the Northern, Eastern, Southern, Western Region and in the Delhi Corporate region.

Educational Qualification:
- Diploma Trainee (Electrical) – Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma Trainee (Civil) – Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma Trainee (Electronics) – Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
PGCIL Diploma Trainee Salary
Stipend – 27,500/- per month
On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in the
Supervisory category in the pay scale of Rs. 25,000 –3%- 1,17,500 (IDA).
