New Delhi, Sep 7 (FN Bureau) Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and wrestler Vinesh Phogat are among the 31 candidates whose names were released by the Congress on Friday for the upcoming assembly election in Haryana. The party has fielded Vinesh Phogat from Julana assembly constituency and Bhupinder Singh Hooda from Garhi Sampla-Kiloi. According to a statement released by the Congress general secretary KC Venugopal, the names of the candidates were selected at the Central Election Committee of Congress.
