Puri, Jun 9 (Agency) Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a sand sculpture on the occasion of the oath-taking ceremony of Narendra Modi with the message “Abhinandana Modi ji,” at Puri beach in Odisha on Saturday.Sudarsan has created a 5 ft-high sand sculpture of Modi with the message “Abhinandana Modi Ji, 3.0 ‘Viksit Bharat,’” at Puri beach.
The sand artist used about 4 tons of sand for it. Students from his sand art institution joined hands to complete the sculpture.Sudarsan said that Sunday is the oath-taking ceremony of Narendra Modi and people from every corner of the country are wishing him well for his third term as Prime Minister. “I have created the sand art of him from Jagannath Dham to wish him,” the sand artist said. So far, Sudarsan, a Padma Shree awardee, has participated in more than 65 international sand art competitions and festivals around the world and has won many prizes for the country.
