Thailand’s PM says France ready to support country’s visa-free travel with EU

Bangkok, Mar 14 (FN Bureau) France is ready to support the proposal of Thailand to ink agreements on mutual visa-free travel of Thai and EU citizens, Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has said during his visit to Europe. Thavisin visited France from Monday to Tuesday and arrived in Germany on Wednesday. “We have discussed visa-free travel. France is ready to support us in preparing to discuss an agreement on mutual visa-free travel for citizens with ordinary passports between Thailand and the European Union,” Thailand’s Channel 3 quoted the prime minister as telling journalists after meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron and ending his visit to France.
